I write things in a Word doc that I never intend to let anyone read. It includes how angry I am. It includes how hurt I am. It includes my only method of getting past this. You’ll never know what it reads.
Lately
Lately, I really find it difficult to settle my mind. I’m all over the place. I need focus. I need to sit down and paint, but I’m lacking the motivation. I would love some long walks, but cold weather makes that kind of difficult. Reading….who can focus on reading when they can’t focus on tv?!? I’m anxious, antsy, nervous….so my answer is to surround myself...
