my goal for january was to lose ten pounds. did that and have kept it off. i haven’t lost any more weight, but it’s not really about the number, but about your body. my goal was to work out at least three times a week, and i did that. my goal was to eat more fruits and veggies, did that. so february arrived, and i kept with the january goals, and i added two more. i opted to work out 4 days a week, and so far so good. and i opted to stop buttering my toast, sounds stupid but i love me some butter. so far i only buttered once.
so for march, what will it be. i could go meatless, i only really eat chicken and turkey anyhow. idk. i’m thinking about it.
